PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APPLICATION. By accessing and using MinkerPage and the Study Calendar application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

1. Service Description

MinkerPage provides the Study Calendar application, a web-based and Progressive Web App (PWA) tool that integrates with Google Calendar to help users manage and organize their study schedule and events. The application is provided "as is" and "as available."

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Application without our express written permission.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Maintain the confidentiality of your Google Account credentials
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Use the Application only for its intended purposes

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Access, monitor, or copy any content or information from the Application using any technology or means other than those provided by us
Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security features or restrictions of the Application
Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Engage in any form of unauthorized access or use
Use the Application for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying technology

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by MinkerPage, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content and Google Integration

Your calendar events and data remain your property and are managed through your Google Account
We act only as an interface to access and display your Google Calendar data
You retain all rights to your calendar content
By using the Application, you authorize us to access and display your Google Calendar events as needed for the service

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid for the Application (if any)
We are not responsible for data loss or corruption

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Third-Party Services

The Application relies on third-party services including Google OAuth, Google Calendar API, and Google Sign-In. We are not responsible for:

Any disruption or unavailability of these services
Changes to third-party service terms or functionality
Any issues arising from third-party service usage

You agree to comply with the terms of service of all third-party services, including Google's Terms of Service.

10. Account Termination

You may terminate your use of the Application at any time by logging out and ceasing use
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms of Use
Upon termination, your calendar data remains in your Google Account

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to the Application. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Application is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Application and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the greatest extent permitted by law.

15. Data Backup Responsibility

While we do not store your data on our servers, we recommend that you maintain regular backups of your calendar data. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur.

16. Service Availability

The Application is provided on a best-efforts basis
We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted service
We may perform maintenance or updates that could temporarily interrupt service
We will attempt to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance
